1-87 SCALE

My name is Ed Grant and I live in southwestern Pennsylvania, USA with my wife and child. I have been modeling nearly all my life. However, I didn’t begin to model in 1-87 scale until about 1998. There are two primary reasons I chose to model in 1-87 scale. One reason is space, like most I only have a limited amount of space to display my work. The second reason is the available accessories that can be used to bring life to any one of my vehicles. My focus is construction trucks and earth moving machinery. My modeling is not limited, I enjoy modeling many types of vehicles, as well as collecting 1-87 scale vehicles. I hope to encourage modelers, both those new to 1-87 scale and those who have been doing it for a while. I will share my modeling experiences and hope others will share theirs with me. I hope this web site will grow to include guest input and much more.
